Will these fittings work for copper tube?

If not, what would you recommend?

Nope that fitting is for soft tubing and also not sold any longer. For copper tubing for most the part you just use the same fittings as you use for other hardline tubing. Usually you will not have an inner diameter for fittings to be used with copper or most hard line tubing's but rather have just a outer diameter then have the compression fitting clamp down to create the seal.

For EK it is their HDC line: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/fittings/compression-hdc/for-12mm-7-16-od-tubing

That's what I thought would be right, but it doesn't seem that EK makes hdc fittings for 1/2in od tube. Thanks.
