How to tell what type my Wi-Fi is?

I need a Wireless Adapter, and I need to know if I need a/ac support.

So basically, what are all of these and which one is mine?

I am going to assume you have Windows 10.

Open the WiFi menu. Right click on the network you are connected to and go to properties. Then the info will be there.
