Aluminum Side Pannel Cutting?

So I was looking into getting a hole cut out of my panel for a window and wanted to know what the best way to go about it was. Id rather it look clean so I was assuming I'd have to look outward to see if someone does cuts, but whom should I be looking for? Plasma, water, laser, etc?

Water would be your best bet.

Check out EMachineShop, you'd have to contact them regarding providing material (the panel) and have an AutoCAD layout for the cut(s). I will be using them in the near future for some custom speaker brackets I laid out on CAD actually.
