Use: Gaming all sorts of titles at the best possible graphics
Need everything except a mouse :-)
I can design a great build for approximately half that cost. Do you want me to focus on making a great build at £1500 or create a £3000 machine?
I designed a machine that costs ~£1500 +£250 for a mechanical keyboard and IPS monitor. This machine is the a good balance between performance and cost.
I'll now design a £3000 machine.
Build 1: Intel i7 7700k, GTX 1080,250 GB Samsung Evo PCIE SSD, 3TB Hard Drive, 16GB ram, 25" ultra wide monitor

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking maybe this? https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/6zwjhq
Do you see any problems with it?
Are you planning to buy within this week? if not, I suggest you wait for the release of the GTX 1080 ti on March 10. The MSRP would be $699.00 and the performance is somewhat the same level with the GTX Titan X (Pascal).
P.S. Your choice of parts is good for gaming but if you are considering SLI in the future, I suggest increase the capacity of your PSU.
It seems fine.
Also if you are planning for a custom loop liquid cooling in the future, go for a larger case, a full tower maybe.
Here's the £3000 machine
Build 2: Intel i7 7700k; GTX 1080Ti; 2x 1TB Sandisk Ultra II; 16GB low latency ram; 27" Asus 4K, G-Sync, IPS monitor
So I've swapped the monitor and gpu and that's taken me pretty close to my budget. Liquid cooling and sli wouldn't be on my mind for a few years i'm hoping so would put money aside for that time.
Thanks for the input
