Did you tweak anything besides clocks? I'm talking about voltages, thermal limits, fan curves and the like.

What temperatures is your graphics card reaching with this overclock by the way?

I maxed out the voltage at 1.150 mv thermal didn't go over 70C and I put the fan to 60%

Nope 1480 is barely stable in valley and unigine heaven benchmark 1470 is stable for gaming.
