Recently started overclocking my MSI GAMING X RX 480 8gb and I have currently got it to 1380mhz on the core and 2075 on the memory and it doesn't exceed 65 degrees Celsius. But when I benchmark it there are red lines that pop up every once in a while on the screen. Do I need to turn it down? Also I am experiencing some stuttering even when the card isn't overclocked is this due to my fx 4100?

It needs more voltage since its not 100% stable.

I'm assuming you mean drops in FPS and that is very likely due to your CPU.

Yeah I added voltage and now it is at 1400mhz stable on the core and 2100 on the memory.
