Yeah it can be. Some webpages can cause high cpu usage (especially if they have an error or streaming).. Also opera isn't the most efficient web browser. The A6-7400K doesn't have the strongest single core performance either - which is why it is easily saturated.

thought so... only dips to 99% xD I have youtube with music, pcpp and 9gag open... also ram is like 70% but thats only 4gb

Yeah streaming full HD videos can cause very high cpu usage. Try using firefox or chrome and see if cpu usage drops slightly?

Never had issues with Firefox so far apart from scripts randomly stopping.. But ay, not expecting much from my craptop.
