Headphones Help

Recently I installed a new PSU into my PC and upon startup I found that my headphones were not working, the icon is flickering and my PC says it cant detect my headphones, so I tried another pair and they didn't work either. I am thinking I most likely disturbed a cable or something but I'm not sure. Can someone tell me if there might be another problem or someway to fix this. Sorry I'm kinda a PC noob

Check if the front panel audio cable is loose. If you plug the headphones directly into the port on the motherboard they should work.
