Broken antenna (Help needed)

I built my desktop about 6 months ago, and in it I used the TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter, however I have only just recently realised that the reason I am getting a terrible connection is because one of the antennae was broken on arrival.

Is there a way for me to purchase a new one, or do I buy a replacement card? How will I know what antenna to buy / if it fits?
