I have to monitors with built in speaker conected via display Port how can I make both of those monitors have sound

You do not want to do this. It will not sound good because you will have TWO sets of stereo speakers right next to each other. There will be no concept of left or right. Just noise.

No, and that would not matter here because these monitor are stereo only, so even then, you would still have both signals going to each monitor.
