Which is honestly better?

Thanks in advance,

Depends on the luck of the chip really. Either is a decent option and at low loads the MSI model running completely silent while the Hybrid will still have the pump noise (all of course assuming the rest of your PC is quiet) while under load the Hybrid should run quiet and have a fairly cooler running core while the MSI while still fairly quiet will make abit more noise and obviously have the card reach a higher temp.

Performance wise both will of course boost higher then on the box and what it boosts to is down to the luck of the chip. In general you can't really go wrong with either.
