mushkin reactor ssd quality question??

first time builder here and just got a quick question regarding quality of this particular ssd https://pcpartpicker.com/part/mushkin-internal-hard-drive-mknssdre256gb

reviews are so far solid, but since this is not one of those flavor of the day picks im still having questions... could have gone down the 850 evo route, but prefer something that is cheaper than it and still solid quality... as long as i get an ssd that last me minimum of 2years for OS and maybe some important programs, i'm gonna be happy

Decent controller, and average performance. For they money it is not a bad SSD.

Overpriced considering price vs performance. Alternatives with better performance and costing less readily available. e.g. OCZ Vector 180 240GB @ $79.99 + FREE shipping.

well the 250gb version of the evo series is more expensive than the mushkin one, thats the reasoning why i went with the mushkin.. if ican get a combo for the evo, i'd consider it...

so your opinion regarding this specific ssd?? good, bad, average, above-average??
