Odd Windows Crashes and Missing RAM

Hey guys, I've been getting some weird errors on my ITX build lately. Windows will crash about ten seconds after loading up, maybe after I start up Outlook or Eclipse. Windows also fails to find one of my RAM sticks in the build on occasion, list only 4GB available instead of 12GB. Restarting fixes the issue, but I think I'm going to replace them soon anyways, since they did not come in the same kit together. I've had to reinstall windows once already into this build, after what I suspected were the GPU drivers failing. I'm not quite sure where to go with it besides another reinstall, but I feel like the problems will just keep coming back if I do. These are the three errors I've gotten recently, with KMODE being one I got today:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I should also add that I've ran Memtest on the RAM and it came up clean

And this is my build: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

exactly.... that may be a problem, and ram is so cheap right now.

also if you haven't done it, I would update to latest bios F5 as one of them addresses

1.Improve memory compatibility

I clicked the unavailable prompt and nothing shows up. Maybe it is not an option for my computer? I also read that the Watchdog error was gpu related, but I could be wrong
