Description

They window that this case comes with sucks. It's super small and doesn't show anything so I bought some acrylic and a dremel tool and well, made a custom window or side panel.

Besides that I installed some RGB leds that I bought off ebay and worked perfectly.

I also painted the HDD and SSD panel that the case comes with red.

I originally had an XFX 7970 GHz edition (the one with the red side view). One of the sexiest cards ever. But yeah it complemented the build greatly, now upgraded to the RX480.

I am leaving this case soon, so I thought Id share it. I will be building a mini itx in a Riotoro CR280 and another microatx for my girfriend in a Jonsbo C3 case.

Part Reviews

CPU

The i5 works perfectly with the RX480. I don't know why anyone that is looking for 1080 and 1440p gaming would choose any other processor over this one.

CPU Cooler

Hands down one of the best low price cpu coolers!

Video Card

Wow this card is powerful. I really like the switchable fan, makes customizing a lot easier. I got this card for $100 dollars, so it was a steal.

Case

Like I said, one of the downfalls of this case is the super small window. I really do recommend creating a custom window for it. It really highlights the beauty of the case!

Operating System

I got it free from work, so it was also a steal.

Do you have any tips for performing the same mod?

Yeah make sure you buy the slimmest acrylic possible and that it is shaded, the clear white acrylic looks ugly and cheap.

If you will mod, get this acrylic. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PLEXIGLASS-tinted-acrylic-SHEET-rod-color-2074-1-16-x-16-x-16-/201715578898?hash=item2ef72f7812

I bought it because it is slim and tinted!

The sale of those keys violate Microsoft ToS, and the keys may be unexpectedly disabled. Recommending, suggesting, advising, encouraging, hinting, or in any way implying these keys as a solution or option is not allowed on this site.

im not talking about Microsoft Keys i was Talking about game Keys Hitman to be accurate usually amd give a game code Key with every purchase of a GPU from their Lineup i told him he can sell it if he want

Game keys fall under the same policy. Regardless, that site and those like it (grey market key sites) are not permitted here.

How was cable management?and gpu clearance?i cant find a good compact case for a ryzen build

This is amicro atx case, cable management is simple, would be easier with a fully modular PSU. Has room in the back for cable management. Route your 4 pin and 24 before installing mobo and it will be a breeze. Beautiful case I am planning on uploading better pics soon.

Hi there, can you take a look at your case and check is it possible to rotate just the back panel on 180 degrees and the motherboard plate which is attached to it and keeping the bottom, front and top panels intact. In other words are these two easily detachable from the rest of the chassis and mounting them back but on 180 degrees. The result should be a normal oriented motherboard to the left side panel and PSU on the top right corner.

Here is a photo from the back of the case, I want to rotate only the black part:

Please do not use link shorteners on our site. If you'd like to shorten a link on PCPartPicker, place the text you'd like others to read in brackets and the URL in parentheses, like so:

For future reference, feedback on what part list would be better for the budget is best suited for our Part List Opinions Wanted forum, not on completed builds.
