I would fix the cables. The cpu power cable is especially needing some work. Move it above the cpu cooler and tuck it towards the back of the case parallel with the fan's side

Nice build! I was thinking of doing 2 120mm exhaust fans on the top of my case. Is the light annoying when the room lights are off?

No i have my pc on the floor and i only see the fans. I can control the fans through the bios and put them on silent and when i do the light dims aswell.

You should probably get an OC cable motherboard for that 4790k if you haven't yet.

I'm sure you'd be able to find a good ocing mobo on /r/hardwareswap for a decent price, if you aren't against buying used parts.

If you still have your gtx 960 and i5 4690 you'd be able to make another build from that with the h97 with some additional parts. I'd put that Xigmatek case, 500w Evga psu, and CM TX3 cooler in there too then just add a little cheap ssd and hd in there and you got a complete build there that you could hook up to a TV or monitor if you needed a second computer.
