This computer was built for me to sell, as parts on here are cheaper than other places. I would advise (if you want to get parts quickly) not to buy from CenterCom, as they take a while to send off parts. It took me 2 weeks to receive all the parts. Shopping Express, Umart and PC Case Gear all arrived after only a week. Building the whole computer only took 1 or so hours, and I also set up a PC Toolkit and a workbench. The motherboard was not updated to support my Ryzen 5 2400G, so I had to buy an older CPU so I could update the BIOS.
CPU The Ryzen 5 2400G performs very well and runs heaps of games at a solid 60+ fps, I have heard it can even run Battlefield V... Runs nice and cool with the stock cooler, although I added my own thermal paste for a bit more performance. The Wraith Spire is nice and quiet.
Motherboard The perfect motherboard, the MSI A320M Pro-VH PLUS supports all I need for my computer, although it only has one fan header, so unless I buy a fan header splitter cable, I can run only one case fan. Feels solid, the EZ Debug LED's helped me to troubleshoot the CPU, as it needed a BIOS update, and has all the ports I need.
RAM Has a heat spreader for over-clocking, and is fast. Although Single-Channel RAM is slower than Dual-Channel, it still runs well playing games and multiple tabs on Google (haha).
Storage The WD Caviar Blue HDD runs fast as it is 7200RPM, and does not produce any noise. Large enough for whoever buys the PC.
Case I am REALLY pleased with this case. That's all I need to say. Cable management is perfect and has heaps of space for excess cables and lots of holes for cables to route through. Although my PSU is non-modular, the case makes an excuse for that and provides an area at the base for cables to be stashed in. Even though it is just an acrylic side window, it still looks fine and is even tinted!. The case itself is light and solid, plenty of room in the panel at the back, so you can actually fit the side panel on. The power button feels nice and has a deep push so you can't accidentally turn off your computer. 5/5, Cougar good job!
Power Supply The power supply provides enough power for my system, is whisper quiet, and is 80+ efficiency. The only problem is that the cables are KETCHUP and MUSTARD, Corsair please stop.
Wireless USB Adapter I haven't tested the USB yet, but from the reviews, it seems just average.
Great CPU. I had to update the motherboard to the right BIOS, but little hassles there. Runs fast, can be overclocked, and works well if you don't want to buy a separate GPU. Also runs cool with stock cooler.
Awesome motherboard, had no troubles whatsoever. Quick POST, and really functional BIOS settings. One big problem - only ONE fan header! Works well whether you are a gaming enthusiast, simple fortnite kid, or an office boi. Nice job MSI!!!
Even though it is single-channel, it still runs fine! Good speed, keeps cool and does everything you want it to.
VERY fast hard drive. Boots up fast. Useful as a main drive or secondary drive. WD is a great brand! Having 7200RPM for the first time was much faster than 5400RPM hard drives.
Simply the best case - budget or hardcore gamer. While the side window is acrylic, it is still tinted. AMAZING cable management, easily built PC even for a first time builder with a non-modular PSU! It hides all the unwanted cables and power supply underneath at the back and comes with enough cable ties to have neat cable management. Has lots of room, and space for extra fans and massive GPU's. Awesome case!!!
Very nice power supply, has enough power for the computer's needs, and the cables are black sleeved. Has heaps of cables, way enough for anyone. Very quiet and cool. Its only flaw is that it has RED AND YELLOW cables! But I guess you could just spray paint them black... all in all, a great power supply by Corsair.
Wireless Network Adapter
I never got a chance to test it, but from the mixed review, it seems just average. Nice and cheap though.
