Description

Hi all, first post here.

This is my RGB build for 2019.

This setup is not the best, but already has everything to play at high settings @ 2560x1440 resolution in most games. I'm really enjoying it on my G-Sync monitor.

I know that some components are not from 2019, but they were bought gradually (some used) until i arrived to the build you see.

I find that the Meshify C is the most beautiful case I've ever had, and also the most advanced from a point of view of space optimization and attention to details.

The only real problem were the RAM, in the sense that I had to mount the radiator in the front position because it touched the ram when moved up (the HyperX RGB are 42mm high). But in the end I find that it is even more beautiful.

All components installed in the case are RGB, together with the led strip behind the desk. Keyboard and mouse aren't. Actually my favourite color combination in the case is the total white (Not RGB LOL) as you can see in the photos

The next steps will be an OC of the processor (at least 4.8 GHZ) and will replace the GTX 1070 with a RTX 2070.

Every comment, like or suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have the same case RAM and also have an 240mm AIO I managed to top mount mine without a problem but I can't sync my RAM using aura sync, is gigabytes software working fine? nice build btw :)

Blackbox_11 submitter 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

Did you squeeze the radiator against the ram?

No problem with ram and RGB Fusion

AidanRiches 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

no it fit without trouble and I can remove the RAM while it is mounted without much trouble either

The purple looks good. You should get some purple cables instead.

Blackbox_11 submitter 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

To match the purple i should buy Rgb keyboard and mouse (mine are red only)

diypartsjoy 1 Build 2 points 2 months ago

You mean you should buy your FIRST RGB keyboard and mouse. RGB means red, green, and blue, if it is just red, then it is not RGB. There, now I made you smarter. xD

Nice build, looks really cool. You definitely went all Rammo on this one @ 32GB, pun intended :D

Nice build but can the GTX 1070 (or even the RTX 2070 for that matter) max out that 144 Hz display?

Blackbox_11 submitter 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

Bro, with g-sync there aren't problems at all, also below 144 hz :)....to reach 144fps i should lower graphic settings in some games

bobbysix 3 Builds 1 point 2 months ago

Well seeing as I can just about hit 60fps (with a GTX 1080) at 1440p (high/very high settings) on AAA games, you might want to think of a higher end card (RTX 2080 or 2080 Ti) to suit that monitor. Unless you’re just playing CSGO of course.

Blackbox_11 submitter 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

Currently im playing Bf v and fifa... Both make 100+ fps with high settings... For me the important thing is to reach at least 60 fps

Wanderrful 1 point 2 months ago

Blackbox_11 submitter 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

Suuuper clean, I am going to be 'renovating' my current PC and I'm planning on a similar setup with this case too. Your build has me super stoked to begin!

Meshify question for you -- I love the dark tint, but I'm also going to be going a little more RGB heavy with fans and such. Right now just rgb RAM, the MSI logo on my 1070, and a single LED strip around the window on my Enthoo Pro. How does the RGB fare with the dark glass?? Hard to tell from pics.

Blackbox_11 submitter 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

No problem with dark glass and rgb lightning. They are pretty brilliant through the glass
