Quick Question: How much room is there between the power supply and the side of the case? I'm thinking about trying to mod in a small monitor or Raspberry Pi screen on the side for fun!

I measured about 15mm gap inside. Should be plenty of room

Not at all. It doesn't get over 60c @ 4.6ghz. I still might get a Noctua fan for the rad.
