Description

This is my first build, pretty happy with the way it turned out. I wasn't happy with the matte black powder coating in the interior so I stripped the case down and gave it 5 coats of clear high gloss with metallic flake. It doesn't show up in the photo very well, but if you move it sparkles like crazy. Since I planned on putting RGB LED's in the door I took it apart and gave it a couple coats of high gloss metallic white paint so it would reflect light evenly. The ASUS EZ tuning wizard overclocked it to 4.944 GHz, but I think I will be rounding it off to 5.0 GHz if it proves to be stable. I have it set up with a 35" Massdrop Vast monitor now instead of the dual 24" low res monitors.

Very nice machine you got there. Bet that paint job will look crazy all lit up with RGB.

I definitely think you should go red for the RGB lighting because of that RAM and the PSU. Also I have no idea what you're using that for but I would recommend picking up a bigger hard drive, but what do I know? :)

Great build! I love that case and the lighting would look fantastic with the red LEDs!

I just picked up windows 10 from bestbuy. I forgot to order it online and I was willing to pay the extra $20 to have it now. And the m.2 that is installed isbthe boot/favorite game drive. I will be adding a 1TB ssd after a while. Waiting for the sticker shock to wear off since I ordered most of the parts 2 weeks ago.
