The CPU cooler and motherboard combo were an extreme tight fit... extreme in the sense that I had to 'stretch' the cooler up a bit by reshaping the heatpipes. This was less than 3mm though, so felt pretty comfortable doing it. It was well worth it for the level of quietness. CPU cooler fans are running at 900RPM.
A small gap was cut in the optical drive tray for the GTX 970 heatpipes to fit. This doesn't interfere with optical drive. So both are in use.
The PSU and GPU are a great combo for this case. No fitting problems at all. Lots of room due to modular flat cables.
Love the dead silence of the whole system. it is sitting only 2 feet away but is inaudible (GPU fans aren't spinning). Remains very quiet during games, when you can't hear the system anyway unless you turn of your sound.
