Description

Suggestions or thoughts please let me know!? I started out with messing around with Raspberry Pi's and researched the hell out of PC gear to build this! This is all my own and not someone else's build I've copied. Also I could care less about looks. I just wanted a sleek looking super quick PC and I can say this thing kills it and I get 56fps using a 4k monitor but my monitor is a 1440p ultrawide 34in curved Viotek monitor and I average around 140fps-150fps at 1440p! I think it's a sexy setup! What do you think?

Remember it's about performance not looks for this build! Thought's on PCIE Gen4 and if I were to upgrade to a 3900x is the speed really worth it and would it be noticeable?

There's no point in PCI-e Gen4 at this point as the interface is still pretty new, with limited and expensive Gen4 SSD options. Just stick to what you have now.

Also that he would need to get a new motherboard that supports it, which start at 160 dollars. A 3900x would not be too much of an upgrade at 4k for just gaming, but for multi core/threaded uses it would definitely perform better

The cheaper X570 boards aren't even worth buying because the quality is basically the same as X470 but costs more because of the few extra unnecessary features.

I run a 3900X on an X470 AORUS Gaming 7 board, and it runs as advertised. Had it for Zen+ and kept it.

As for 4K gaming, CPU does not matter much at 4K res as it's a higher GPU load, so the frame rate isn't going to push the CPU as much as 1080p would. An R5 3600 and 2080 Ti would be fine for 4K 60Hz ultra.

Nice build, but your mouse space/mousepad looks pretty small, how can you play games with this small space

I have huge hands which makes my keyboard look small, it makes other things look small too but no for real my monitor is a 34 inch 1440p ultrawide curved monitor and the desktop tower is very very big made for e-ATX motherboards. This keyboard is actually larger than most keyboards its more the size of the keyboards circa 1985. ;) Thanks for checking out my system!

No ****! Oh wow nice setup man! Yes definitly the same build. Can I ask you so0mething? Why is your CPU only putting out 3.7ghz. If you look at mine it's at 4.2ghz which is a big jump having the same parts and all.

Hey Man, Hope you are doing well. I'm upgrading to almost a similar build. Just wondering how your 550w psu performs. I have 650w 80+ bronze psu but ppl recommending 750w or more. Did you face any troubles with your psu? Thanks

I upped my power supply to an 800 watt you dont want to go lower so that incase you need more hard drives and components added on!
