tryed to get a clean first build
Solid CPU. It offers 8 cores/16 threads at 3.6ghz and cost around $180-$200. It's comparable to the Ryzen 7 2700 but it's cheaper and throws out 400mhz on the CPU speed.
That was my intention... I mean fir sure there are better CPUs if u want the most for you're money, but I needed this one because I fall in love with it as it got released :)
True. I wouldn't upgrade if you don't have to. I'm rocking out the first generation of Intel's quad core CPU lol. 10 years old and it's still kicking but I'll be retiring it soon.
I always like it when people get much value out of "old" hardware, idk why, it just makes me happy :)
We are a throw away society. At least here in America. I see people let old things sit or throw it away because they want something newer, faster, better or whatever the excuse may be.
I'd assume for price, since it's still pretty solid
