After a long time desiring to play games at more than 5 fps like on my old pavilion g7. Since I am twelve, I can't upgrade for a while so I chose these parts after many hours of research. The second monitor is a cheap vga monitor my family had sitting around the house.
CPU: Xeon E3-1231 v3 I chose this over the i5 4690k because I do not want to ever be limited by core count as in the future games may use more than 4 cores.
MoBo: Msi H97 PC mate It is an inexpensive board that is h97 since I can't overclock and it generally fits the color scheme.
Ram: G.Skill Ares I got it for many of the same reasons as the motherboard.
Storage: WD Caviar Blue It was a cheap 7200 HDD that didn't have too bad of reviews.
Graphics Card: Asus Strix gtx 970 It was a good gpu for the price and the backplate was a HUGE plus.
PSU: EVGA 750 B2 It is a 750w psu that is tier 2 and is affordable.
Optical Drive Past-proof
Monitor: AOC i2267Fw A good 1080p monitor for cheap and so for I've had no problems.
Performance of an i7 for $100 less.
Great for the price could be better.
Normal 1600 ram no problems.
MUCH faster than my laptops old storage.
I haven't played a single game that this couldn't max out at 60 fps.
Great looking case easy to work in a little more room in the back would have helped.
750w of good POWER.
Great monitor for the price I have never had a monitor so nice!
Backlit keyboard/ mouse for $30 can't complain.
