Small world, I'm doing the exact same, going from the 8350 to hopefully a Ryzen 5 1600, hoping to carry everything over with the obvious exception of the Mobo and ram. Hope you see a nice difference!

Sick build but I'd recommend you work a little more on cable management. I'm wanting to build a Ryzen pc myself I just need a motherboard and ram but they don't have mini-ITX boards yet for Ryzen :(

How's the gaming on this? I want to build one, I wanna go with 1500X and overclock it but would going for the 1600X even worth it?

How is the performance gain? I'll be getting the same CPU/GPU combo coming from an FX also.

Hi, does your ram works at 3000mhz or just 2666? thanks.

2666 so far

So I think it doesn't worth the led (IMO) I'll go with the LPX vengance instead, thanks.

How are the Bios for the motherboard? Are they clean or hard to work with?

  • 1 point

Latest bios is stable, have it overclocked to 3.9 and memory to 2933

im planning on buying this ram and mobo how well do they "play" together? any ram issues?

  • 1 point

Since the latest bios it has been solid

have you gotten full speed of the ram? or is it stuck at 2933

  • 1 point

3000 mhz ram is not supported by b350 motherboards. 2933 is the highest it can go without an overclock.

Why don't you use GeForce 1060 3GBor 6GB? Those are on same price, but better working?

he said that the gpu he re-used from his old build, they only payed for the mobo, ram, and cpu
