I built this PC to replace my old 500$PC I bought 5 years ago.

This is for Work (Video and Photo editing) and Gaming

My Games were running at 25fps on ultra low settings and now they run at 120fps average at ultra high settings.

The build took 4hours I had some problems with the ram at startup, but everything turned out fine.

I did the 3D Mark CloudGate test and got a 31593 score.

I know a lot of my parts are overkill but I wanted those so xD.

Very happy with the results.

The screen is fantastic, the ONLY problem is the black bars while watching most of the videos.

The Keyboard I actually have is the K70 RGB Brown switches. It is AWESOME but it is LONG to set up. Same thing with the mouse.

The Wacom Intuos Pro allows somooth drawing experience with all its shortcut buttons. I was disappointed the sensor zone is not all the tablet it is only within the little white lights. The wireless option is SO worth it!

The speaker system is really good, it as a good high-mid quality and a good bass punch. The command module lets you put each speaker at an individual level, for the sound you want.

I know it is overpriced but it is a really good mouse pad It will make a perfect match for my mouse when I will get the M65RGB

Tried to give the best pics possible, hate when there are no good pictures. Ask me if you want pictures of anything else. (I will put some of the peripherals when I get them all)

Only thing I would have done diff would be to go with western digital for the HDD. besides that, excellent build!

Seagate isnt that bad its the ones they made from 2007 - 20010 that gave them a bad name. though their 1.5 TB still are iffy those are nice. though not the best.

It is great, really silent (I did a sound comparison with my old) The only downside is its small size: had though time cable managing mostly in the top because of the radiator, and I dont have room to put anything arround the GTX780's.

I love the LED controler from NZXT. The LED's are a little far from each other but still works very well. I would have loved for an option of sound controlled for the LED's and I will bring the idea to NZXT.

I had some problems installing the ram and I think it was due to the motherboard, but other than that it is a solid and good looking board.

I have brown switches and I love the feel. The keyboard and mouse are very solid. They fixed most of the firmware and software bugs, but dont buy them thinking you will plug and play you have at least 30min to 2hours setup to do. So you get the configs rigth so you understand the software etc. Still it is worth it.

jedylan, do you have enough space for a push-pull configuration? i want to go with the same CPU cooler and case but with an ASUS Maximus Hero VII, can you please check that?

I would not recommend it, I had a hard time cable managing the top with only push config. It would work but your bottom fans would go maybe as low as the CPU.

Hey, I'm wondering if you can help me. I have an identical build, with the case, mobo, and cooler. I can't get the cooler to work in the software. It won't show up in corsair link, I can't control it at all, but it is working.

I have a question. I am thinking of getting that motherboard, case and cooler combo and i was wondering you had any mounting problems with the h100i being to close to the heatsinks on the motherboard or if any problems in general?

It is very thigh and offset towards the windowed side, but it fits. I would recommend another Mobo

hey man i have a question. i might be getting the same cpu/mobo combo and i have been doing some reading that the current bios version will not fully support that cpu and could possibly brick my system. did you have any of the same issues? if so how did you fix the problem? will i be able to safely update my bios the the 4790k or will i have to find a better supported cpu to update? all help will be greatly appreciated

How is your heat in that box running SLI? Do you tend to open the front door when you are gaming?

I am building a similar box.. well, same case, SLI, and enough drives I can't remove the top drive bay for more ventilation.

Just curious, if I should be getting a different case when I get my second graphics card.

I would change the motherboard for an Asus and that is about it The heat is perfetly ok, Your cards are even more heat efficient than mine so you should have no problem.

Excellent build. I've been looking what parts to put together for a build of my own, and the CPU and Motherboard you have are two parts I want for my new build. I just have one question: Did you have any issues getting the i7-4790k to work with the motherboard, or did it work just right right out of the box? If you did have any issues, what did you do to fix them? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
