Description

This is an update from my original post I added a Corsair 110i GT water cooler and a 34 inch 3440x1440 21:9 Samsung monitor.

Original Post: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/LRxYcf

The GT 110i water cooler is a monster never lets me get above 60 degrees C.

The Samsung monitor is the most amazing monitor I have ever owned. The ultra wide screen makes my games just that much better (Well for the games that support it).

Amazing build, although if you're gonna be gaming what's with the mouse/ keyboard combo? Just curious to know if those peripherals are actually decent for gaming. Also, nice wallpaper haha

Thanks man, I thought everyone on this wonderful site would like that wallpaper. As for the combo, it's just the set I have had for a few years now and they work great and I'm used to them, but I definitely wouldn't go pro gaming with them but no lag or anything.

Darn, they're the same as mine. It's tough finding 780's nowadays! I'm sure when you do upgrade your kids will enjoy them! :D

Those aren't too new, why pass them down? Why not sell them and get some money you could put towards a 980 Ti?

My middle daughter is a PC gamer too and she is fighting with a very crappy EVGA 610 GT and my wife's 670 FTW is getting a bit old. That's why I would rather pass them down, besides I don't really need the money.

Where did you get the PSU cover?

  • 1 point

It is two cooler master psu covers plastic welded together.

Here is the link to the store in the U.S. http://www.cmstore-usa.com/haf-x-psu-cover/

However they seem to be out of stock at the moment and they do fit more cases than just the one they are listed for.

A little over kill on fans. U could of gotten some parts much cheaper but pretty good build work on upgrading your peripherals

Most of these parts were bought at their launch that's why they were so expensive. I also have a problem with shipping and waiting, so with that being said most were bought at microcenter.

Nice I do like your case though

Thanks, it is an awesome case with a lot of room for tinkering that's why I bought it.

Yeah cable management is everything in a case and it seems like you definitely know what a case with good room for cables looks like

Send me an email address or just Google pc master race wallpaper and the resolution you need that's all I did. ;)

They get ugly and stretch a bit. The one that kills me is every call of duty game, I mean it's 2015 and they don't support all resolutions yet.
