My first desktop ever. Started gathering parts around summer and finally finished building it :D
Had no problems with all the parts, but had to tweak around ASUS USB-AC68 to get it work properly. Now it's working without any problems.
Build looks great, only question i have is why are your front fans exhausting?
His front fans are attached to a radiator, if he fitted it the other way around he'd have better airflow in the case, but he'll be pulling hot air in the case, I think he did a good thinking about how to mount the AIO. Nice build bud and have a wonderful time on your desktop!
Yeah i saw the rad, just was curious.... cause as of right now all his fans are exhaust so he is basically running static pressure. Just curious on what his temps would be. If he is gonna run front exhaust, he should run the rear fan as intake.
I still think the front fans should be intake, even with the radiator up there. The AIO's job is to move heat away from the CPU. The fans take it out of the case. Having good case airflow is more important than the negligible difference of the radiator fans blowing in or out.
See JayzTwoCent's video about it. He does a better job explaining than me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCZ5iP5cu8g
Great work for a first build. Hope you enjoy using it!
Nice build! Just wonder if the GPU is 2 slots as from the photos it look 2.5 slots
