Description

Update: I plasti dipped the gpu and it is white now. Also I DIYed some shelfs to increase desk space and raise my monitors.

The build was my first PC build that I had done for myself and it went quite smoothly, I had a friend how helped with the clean cable management. The rig is still pretty open for only being a mid tower case. The only issue with the size of the case and the graphics card for some people is that you need to take a drive bay out in order for it to fit into the case without problems. Pretty much everyone would not need all the bays that they include but it is a nice option. A lot of my choice for the motherboard had stem around the color of it and what I wanted to achieve, it was a very awesome looking and unique motherboard and if I were to go for something with better performance then it would be some out of place GOR edition board which seem to be very common. I ran into an issue with the mobo when mounting it into the case though, the center screw did nothing in terms of support and the remaining 8 were not in too tight due to the back plate that raises it up, also making me fore the mobo into place and into the IO shield. Other than that the entire build went smoothly. Something else to add is that the extra fans that I ordered which were used toi complete a push pull system on the 2 x 140 rad on top did not come with long screws but that was not too much of a problem since I just had to go to the hardware store and buy 8 screws but it would have been nice to have long screw.

I am mainly using this rig to game and stream, with the help of my internet speeds, I am crushing those tasks. Of course there are better gpus out there but I only game in 1080p and that is all that is needed in order to play games at ultra and still get playable fps, most of the time really good.

Part Reviews

Memory

Ram is ram, it works good and is not too expensive. It is much shinier than is looks in the pictures and a much darker blue, which can be seen in my build but I like it a lot.

Storage

I like that the sticker was not cheap and therefor easy to pull off, while there is no sticker on the picture on this website there was one on it but it was shown on new egg, where I bought it. The SSD has had no problems so far it is fast but could always be faster but for its price and size it is really good.

Winter Soldier

Will Update Later

I feel like I have been slapped... ow. Some Black Widow moves would help but that is only true in my head. In reality ---> nope. I got all excited, thinking about Captain America's best friend and I see the first photo as two monitors on a desk with a microphone... More information and pictures would be lovely, pretty please.

Hm... someone is down-voting? For goodness sake, three of us wanted more info and we get down-voted? People posting builds like these makes it odd and do wonder why one couldn't give more information and a extra photo or two. Otherwise, it can imply a different reason of this build or didn't even feel like trying too much.

I like those nice Logitech Z200s you got yourself there, bud... Great quality, texture, nice looks, sexy audio output, and all for under $30.

Um. I am noob so how do you connect two monitors to one tower So that I can game on one monitor and have recording software/audio on another?

Attempting to upgrade from laptop (youtube channel is 1233gamers pc)

Just plug both monitors in and the OS will sort it all out for you. Make sure you have a GPU with two ports, but all modern ones do.

You can also daisy chain them together if you have a display port.

If you are having issues make sure that your drivers are updated, but a 960 can definitely run two displays while gaming
