Description

So my mom wanted a gaming PC... just to play TellTale Games, The Walking Dead. So I built her a gaming PC with a spare GPU I have and the parts from my old build.

Got it all put together, it runs really good, handles all her game(s) just fine. I overclocked the CPU to 4.5GHz right away.

The only two issues I have. The motherboard's rear USB 3 ports don't work, so that's why I got the USB card, and the case was a ***** to build in. It's not a bad looking case, but thank god there's no side window.

All in all though, it runs great and she's happy. My mom has always been a gamer, but now she's joined the master race.

This is awesome and great job for providing your mom with spare parts. I'm certain she is happy with her intended ises. By the way, I love the telltale Walking Dead games. Your mom rocks. Plus one!

Nice build, But I don't think a Athlon X4 would not hold on too well. Are you later thinking of upgrading to Pentium, Ryzen 3 or i3?

You'd be surprised by how far that little 4-core cpu still kicks, specially for lighter titles like what telltale games are.
