My cousin was fed up with her Dell (ewww), so I offered to build a her a sexy computer. She agreed and I started accumulating parts. I previously had a Fortress Mini that was damn sexy, but I wanted to build something sexier and sleeker, so I settled on the Legacy U2. This is just a re-branded case from China, but most people who had it there were satisfied. So I bought one to join the bandwagon.
CPU- It's cheap, has integrated graphics and comes with a shiny sticker.
Cooler- Performs decently, comes in black and somewhat compact.
GPU- I actually though about getting one, but then when I asked my cousin what games she would be playing, she replied with.......... "candy crush".......
MB- Cheap, comes with AC wifi and highly compatible with OSX.
Ram- Cheap, comes with a shiny metal heat-sink and comes in red.
SSD- Got it during the Best Buy price mistake. A couple of them just sat on my desk for months lol.
Case- Nice sleek Brushed aluminum. Comes with a window for lights.
PSU- Got it for cheap from Amazon. Would've probably went with a fully modular if it wasn't so cheap.
Sorry for skipping so many steps in the middle XD. I cut my finger with an envelope opener when opening one of the boxes so I rushed a bit. Temperatures are great. High 20s during idle and 53 after running prime95 for 10 minutes. Best of all it's actually silent...and my cousin won't be needing any lights in her room :D
