!! Before you roast me for having a z270 board with a locked i5, my plan is to keep this build as long as possible, putting in an i7 7700k down the road and maybe a better GPU, hence the Z270 and 600w PSU !! With that out of the way, on to the build! So my mother uses her computer a lot. Her old HP S5550be from 2011 wasnt cutting it anymore. For her birthday, friends of her, family members and me have joined together to buy her a new pc as a present. When enough budget was raised, I started building! This pc will be mainly used for multimedia tasks, web browsing and photo/video editing. I wanted something really snappy and fast, so I went with 16gb of ram (also to future-proof the build) and with an Intel 600p nvme ssd. I was really surprised by its speed! I got the Quadro from a friend that bought it when it came out and never changed the thermal paste (see pictures)... The motherboard was chosen to stick to the black/white theme and to be able to overclock down the road too. Im overall satisfied with the build, the only issue for me is the fan noise and the temperature of the Quadro 4000. My mother is really enjoying her new PC so far, and im happy that she likes it! Thanks for reading
Great performer, multitasks in a breeze, runs quite cool too, very satisfied
Cheap and cools really well while remaining dead-silent! What more do you want?
Great motherboard, really good looking too, the bios might need some time to get used to (I only used Asus UEFI so thats why)
Very fast and very cheap! Great value... Tho I wished the pcb was black
Great card, but HOT AF and the noise of its fan is really annoying
GREAT case for its price! Easy build and were well thought case! I recommend it for first time builders too
Nice, a bit expensive though
