Description

Just completed pulling this together, so I'm still trying to get a feel for it. I plan on using this for my everyday entertainment system hooked up to my television, with occasional videogame and video editing work. So far the computer seems extremely quiet and cool. The R5 case was an absolute breeze to work in.

I'll update this build as I get more pics and test it out some more!

Very nice build! I'm almost jelly even though my rig is similar spec wise! +1

Can you post the load temps of the CPU and GPU and the ambient temperature in your room and add them to the description? Thank you.

I'm really curious how the Wraith Spire is performing.

Thank you.

Sure thing! Have any software you'd recommend for testing this?

HWMonitor - it's a program made by CPUID.

The older HWMonitor 1.30 gave more detailed info for the PSU voltages, but may not be accurate for Ryzen CPUs temps (since it's a brand new architecture), so you should use 1.31 or newer for the temps.

Notice that the true temperatures are shown in the "AMD XXX -> Temperatures -> Package", NOT in the "Motherboard -> Temperatures -> CPU".

I would have recommended the 1600X over this but I guess it better for your workstation based needs. However, adding another rx 580 won't hurt by the way ;p But that's only if it works for u.
