Description

Yet another gaming build that I put together for a friend. She was looking for something simple and clean with some what of a black/white theme. The Enthoo Pro M SE is a pretty nice case but I did run into some quality control issues (some screws were stripping pretty badly on the motherboard standoffs) but overall it is nice and easy to build in. The Halo fan covers are beautiful!! I have to say that I am impressed with this CPU cooler as it comes close to some of the AIO coolers I have used (when not overclocking) and it looks great.

This build was designed around my friend's monitor; an Acer Predator X34. The colors on this monitor are amazing and the GTX 1080 does a nice job keeping most games above 60 fps on the highest settings.

Sorry for the lack of photos; more to come soon

pcpartpicker does not have the SE version of this case in their database yet so I just linked the standard TG version. The SE version includes 2 halos fan frames and a white interior

The black and white looks great. I just used the black version of that case to build a system. I too had QC issues; the metal side panel had two tabs snapped off. I emailed a copy of the invoice, a picture of the missing tabs, and the next day I had a new panel on a UPS truck. Great customer service.

thanks! I have had to contact Phanteks support before too and they are very quick/easy to work with!

I built a computer in that case and I found it to be an amazing case. I used a 7700k and 1080 just like you haha. Great build by the way! Looking forward to more pictures!

you believe that in this case you can combine red + black pieces?

sure, with the right components you can pull off a red/black/white build. my motherboard actually has a red led on it but since I was going for just black and white I disabled it

The SE is now up!

I would love to do a custom loop in this case. Same interior as the Evolv but better airflow, and I've got a nice white board to use in it...I can't justify the ~$2k it would cost when it's all said and done given that I already have a new custom loop rig...

no worries! and actually this is far from my first build; I have done probably 25 this year alone. It's a hobby for me and I love helping friends put systems together (it's addicting)
