Radiator in the side chamber. I see you're a man of culture as well.

waiting for the RTX 2080 to arrive

Is it going to be black and white, white, or black? It would look a lot better if so.

I`m not sure. I have to make up my mind when the gpu arrives.

This is a Full Tower build or a Mid Tower?

It's considered a mid-tower. About as tall as typical mid-tower. But it is wider due to the dual chamber design.

Great clean build +1! I am getting everything ready to start a new build in the Lian Li and looking to do the exact same fan layout at you, I would like to understand how you got all 9 fans linked up with corsair as I thought the commander pro only had 6 slots for fan speed?

Thank you! If you are going to use an Corsair AIO you have 3 power connectors there. And for the RGB if you buy the ML/LL 3 pack fans you will have enough lightning node`s too :)

Ok so I would only need the one commander pro in the end. Thanks very much for your help man!

What is your push/pull config on your fans? CPU/GPU temps when idle/under load?

  • 1 point

Too and side fans are exhaust and bottom is intake. No push/pull. Cpu temp around 40c idle. I havent checked under load yet because im waiting for new thermal paste to use instead of pre-applied from corsair. The gpu i do not have anything since my rtx 2080 will arrive this Friday :D

Can you explain how you control all the led fans? What connects to what? I'm just getting lost in organizing this in my head.

Yes. If you have Corsair AIO, RGB fans and fan controller.

I bought 3 x 3pack of fans, wich includes a Lightning Node Pro in each pack. On the Corsair Commander you have 6 inputs for fan power control and 2 inputs for LED.

The power to the 3 fans that cools the AIO radiator connects to the AIO pump. The power to top and bottom fans connects to Commander Pro

The LED to the 3 fans for the AIO rad is connected to one Lightning Node Pro The LED for top and bottom fans are connected to the other Lightning Node Pro

The 2 Lightning Nodes connects to the Commander Pro.

It`s alot of cables to manage and kind of **** job, but in the end it looks nice :)

And i use Corsair Icue to control fan speeds and those LED`s, Asus Aura to control RAM and Mobo, MSI Mistic Light to control GPU and Steel series engine to control the mouse.

Hope this helps :)

great look! how difficult was it to get that aio radiator in the side chamber? the tubes arent long enough on the aio cooler i have (coolermaster ml360r) and im thinking of swapping it out for this unit if it friendly for that! ty

Thank you. It was’nt hard at all. H150i had long enough hoses :)

I think you're supposed to flip the fans on the side around?

  • 1 point

Why? I have the side as exhaust and top/bottom as intake. I dont want hot air from the radiator in the case.

Yeah. My plan was to use 6 fans, but because of the looks i didnt want to use the fans in the side and top as intak.

Alittle bit overkill, but it turned out ok.
