Description

Sooooooooooooo.... This is the latest & greatest (If you will) of the ALpHaGgRrEsOr Saga. Enjoy. Any questions or comments feel free to give your input below. Kind of an FYI, I plan on swapping out the motherboard & cpu in the future. Also maaaaaaaaaybe some RGB ram, whenever they make larger Dimm's :).

You'll notice subtle changes, because all of the pictures were not taken on the same day. Also I did not add the bedroom set stuff like the dressers etc. to the build list nor the custom shelves.

Used mainly for video & music editing, gaming & other hat, type, things.... Maybe. :)

*THINGS TO NOTE, I did not add the dressers in the PC Partpicker list. The 2 dressers & the rest of the bed set cost $5,246.52 in total (Imported from Italy). Also, I did not add the glass shelves for the books which cost $313.12. & The chair which is about $250. I know some people like to add EVERYTHING, & that tends to drive the comments crazy. Lol

Lol. Bill Gates would laugh at my setup & then try to slip me one of his vaccines, in hopes I succumb to Guillain-Barre syndrome.

Nice build!

I've got some questions for you:

  • What do you use this PC for?
  • have you overclocked it (CPU/RAM/GPUs)
  • do I see it correctly that this PC has 5 (3 on the front, 2 on the top) intakes and 1 exhaust only (on the rear)?

GPU core clock 1987 MHz. I haven't had the time to fine tune the overclock, so I just set some pre-determined variables that I knew would work temporarily. I haven't made time to overclock the ram or cpu, so nothing special going on there currently.

There are actually 9 fans, 5 on top.... Because........ Why not, right? J/K. YES, there is only one exhaust, but it is fine. The cpu doing anything intensive doesn't go higher than 50c MAX & the GPU's @ 99% sit at 38c & 71c MAX. overall not too much going on in the OC arena currently.

The pc is used for video & music editing, gaming & other hat, type, things.... Maybe. ;)

Not my cup of tea, but I definitely commend you for the amount of work it took to set all of this up! Watching movies must be nice.

Why would you do a duel screen as the primary screen, you have to deal with a blatant line in the middle of your vision at all times.

You get use to it quick & then you don't even notice it.

The mouse and keyboard seem kind of lackluster for this big of a build..... Otherwise I would say that while this seems kind of over the top I do like the set up good job man!

Thanks. Lol.... & I know, I know, about the mouse & keyboard but I literally rarely ever even use them.

Gotta spring for some better headphones, and an amp and DAC. Get some nice open back audiophile-grade headphones, like sennheiser hd650, beyerdynamic DT990

The Magni 3 and Modi 2 Uber from Schiit is a really good Amp/DAC combo, not toooo expensive either.

A build this crazy deserves some proper audio. http://www.schiit.com/products/modi-2 http://www.schiit.com/products/magni-3 https://www.amazon.com/Beyerdynamic-DT990-PRO-250ohm-Straight/dp/B010IJ9W1U/ref=pd_sbs_23_4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=8TFRNF2BX7SZGKVDRC71
