Very cool build, although I do question the decision to spend 116 dollars on storage

Why? We're nearing the end of the era of the HDD. Once you've gone full SSD, you never go back.

Nothing wrong with SSDs, I have one in my build (although its much smaller). Its just not often you see a 7th of the cost of a gaming rig be the storage.

Some games that could be emulated on this PC are multiple gigabytes, for a Wii game, it is 5 or 8 Gigabytes, and if he is emulating PS3 or WiiU Games, it is 25 or 50Gb per game.

Fast storage is very much worthwhile

ROMs can take up a lot of space, especially if you are emulating WII or PS4.
