Update 1.3, altered the GPU loop, IN and OUT from the top, I think it looks better. Also added smallest link tube to the bottom rad at the front to further improve the look.
GPU is now in the loop and got it done with EK RGB waterblock. I found a thread on reddit that described how to mod your EVGA 1080ti SC2 to work with founders edition block which the SC2 is with the exception of an additional fan header. Turns out EK updated their design and their block works right out of the box no mods required! Bonus. Also added Barrowch water temp sensor and 1 more UV LED strip. See new pics.
Dual 360 RAD custom water cooled using nothing but Barrow Acrylic link tube. Featuring a Radikult Custom CNC 240 RES.
Some of the pros I found to building a loop this way are: Obviously no lousy bends Link tube is Acrylic, it's thick, hard and ultra clear Very easy to disassemble for maintenance Allows for a clean look Reusable and re configurable if you need to change loop order
Cons Added cost as you will need a lot more fittings (90 rotary and M-M extenders) Fixed number of available tube lengths with a max of 120mm Probably cost more than buying hard tube if you don't make a lot of mistakes
Note: Picture 6, when you run Fry Cry 5 Corsairs iCUE software detects the game and switches your fans and ram to a custom USA Red White and Blue flag theme. Doesn't show up great on the camera but looks pretty good live.
