My first ever PC build. Decided to go with a Black and White theme with a tasteful amount of RGB. Bought most of these items around Black Friday 2018, my peripherals and monitor are items I already had.
CPU: Not much to say, other than it's a killer processor. I have mine overclocked using "AI" over clocking from my motherboard. I easily hit over 5 GHz under load.
AIO: Really happy I went with this AIO, as it not only adds to the aesthetics of my case, but it's cooling performance and acoustics are phenomenal. I can't even hear the fans under load, and I'm easily able to hit over 5GHz with my processor. I hover at about 33 C at Idle, and max out at 70 C after 30 minutes of Prime 95.
Mobo: A pretty great motherboard with basically everything I could ask for. A BIOS code readout would've been great at this price, but oh well, the RGB looks nice haha. Only 2 fan headers labeled for case fans, but it has many other fan headers to use that will work just as well. I use the M.2 fan header for one of my top case fans. BIOS is pretty easy to navigate and I like that it has the "ezmode" and "advanced mode". AFAIK cooling performance for VRMs and M.2 SSD seem very adequate.
RAM: Beautiful RAM, it's one of the few White RGB kits on the market. Not 3200 speed like I wanted, but it's not a big deal for Intel. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble running it at it's rated speed with XMP, but I'm still trying to diagnose this issue. It could be the RAM, Mobo, or GPU, still not sure.
SSD: An amazing SSD, boot times are quicker than my monitor can turn on. Great performance as to be expected out of a 970 Evo.
GPU: Got this GPU for a great deal before the RX 580s started dropping in price. Love the aesthetic, but not a huge fan of the Red LEDs as it doesn't match the rest of my system. Great clock speeds, but the fans can get pretty noisy as they ramp all the way up to 3000 RPM on default settings. With an adjusted fan curve, it's no longer an issue. This GPU does get a little too warm for my liking, but I plan on replacing this part once Navi GPUs launch in 2019.
Case: I love this case, and it inspired the entire Black and White theme of my build. Was originally going to go with the black version, but I really liked how the White and Black contrast each other. It also does an excellent job at reflecting all the the RGB LEDs from my build. Excellent airflow, great build quality, and supple cable management. My only complaint is that there's basically no room to mount a 240 AIO up top, as the RAM gets in the way. If the case was just half an inch taller, this wouldn't be an issue at all, but because it is, I had to mount my rad in the front of the case. This is great for my CPU temps, but my GPU temps suffer as it gets no incoming air. It's not the end of the world or anything, and the case is otherwise great, just a missed opportunity in my book.
PSU: A power supply that has every feature I could want. Zero RPM mode, Gold rated, Fully Modular, black cables, short profile. Looks pretty clean too, and even matches my build colors. 10 year warranty is amazing. I might one day get custom sleeved cables, but the included ones are pretty solid, albeit a bit bulky.
Fan: I love this fan. The black and white aesthetic really adds to my build and the white reflects my RGB lights beautifully. Great build quality, performance, and acoustics as expected by Noctua. This fan really helped lower my GPU and Case temps by quite a bit.
