Description

This is the first time I am posting my build so forgive if I have lack of description I use this pc just to play some games like battlefield or random games on steam. Why I say version one is because I plan on a custom loop for one and either a 1080 or 2 1070 in sli . I also plan on changing the case I am still not sure on what case I want everything to look good not just to post it online but I want to look at it when I am home and be proud of what I made .

The Asus GeForce GTX 1060 is what I got as a temp card so I can run bf1 I had a EVGA GTX 780 before UPDATED posted the pic with my side panel on the left side on .... YES the right side as seen in the pic also a side panel window .

I did record a small vid I post on facebook if you would like to take a look https://www.facebook.com/itachi.the.reaper/videos/10206176438730017/

Hi there, i got this cooler a few days ago,and is it just my h115i or There is a HUGE diference in the pump performance in the 2 modes: Quiet or Performance ? When the cpu is at 4.4Ghz or 4.5Ghz it reaches 72º in quiet mode, its just too high for a cooler of this caliber. Does the fans being in PULL infuences that much? Thanks in advance

i am not a expert here but i heard many times all cpu are not the same overclocking wise i seen your build and i also had that same case i gave it to a friend with my asus maximus vii ranger . when i did have that case my H115i was on balanced mode rpm was at max 1900 and was in pull mode to pull in fresh air being in the front of that corsair 400c case . now the temp of you have your pc might affect the cooling say if your room is really hot if you live in a area that is hot . for me my room is kept pretty cool so i know my pc is pulling cool air. Performance runs the fans at max speed my fans ramp up to 2280 rpm and that is loud but if i am playing online i don't mind since i have headsets on .i am alright if my temp reach 72C what i don't want is to reach 90c or higher that could reduce the life span of my cpu .. ps sorry for the LONG explanation not sure if it helped . P.s.s this was the build before i gave 80% away https://pcpartpicker.com/b/pvKBD3

Thanks for the reply,i have changed the fans and changed the LLC level in my overclock,of 4.4GHz and either the two things or just one, made some changes in the temps. i plug the radiator fans always in the motherboard,it is more safe and accurate.

cheers

Is this exact build good for video editing? 4k

I think 4k editing recommends the same specs I have but I believe it could be done a bit better.

the normal case no but I had ordered an extra side panel case from corsair and it fit on the right side as for the left side I just forgot to put the panel back on
