Description

I wanted to build a good render/streaming rig that could be used in tandem with another high end gaming rig and consoles. This PC was centered around having an ultimate rig for being a content creator. So far I haven't had any issues with the rig outside of having to use some newer Elgato drivers given I am using Radeon RX Vega graphics cards.

Put some more in progress photos up there for people to see!

Awesome build dude, looks really nice.

How are those Vega 64s handling XFire in most titles?

Robeywankenobi submitter 1 Build 4 points 15 months ago

Not really using them for that. It was a part picker bug that said they were in a XFire configuration.

What are you using the second one for, then? Rendering? Mining? DX12 multi-GPU?

Yeah this is basically the resources of four very nice builds rolled into one system.

The only overkill thing about this pc is the sheer amount of RGB. It looks like a rainbow had an orgasm all over the pc! +1 for the cleanness though. Also, If you are up for it, I suggest getting a caselabs case. they look cleaner and you can show every sexy inch of that beast off. Just a suggestion though.

A monstrosity of a pc with an overkill amount of components. Amazing! +1

Love the look of it. Idk the Radeon graphics cards very well how are they working for you? Are they good for high demanding games? Thinking about making a Pc with the same CPU so I have been looking at a bunch funny to see it at so high of a price it is like 675 USD now. And just so you know I think it is cheeper to buy the Ram in smaller packs like say if you wanted 128GB you would get them in oakcs of 2 x 16 and get 4 of those. (idk if this is 100% correct I know it is true for the G skill ram and I think this as well.)
