I built something with it.

Thanks, I did my best to make it clean for the tempered glass.

I had planned to sell the card but then the 6700k went on sale again so my hand slipped.

How's that s340 elite going? And it does look pretty swell, +1

Thanks! Most of the issues I had with the original s340 were addressed, and the tempered glass is honestly quite stunning. Still disappointed that I have to take a saw to the hard drive cage to remove it.

(I did not remove the hard drive cage)

Wish someone would pay me back with a GTX 1070 its the only thing I need to get for my build now and looks like I will have to wait for the Christmas sales.

Nooooooooooooooooooo... You beat me to an S340 Elite build in a few months.... But +1 anyway

One suggestion : Unless something is blocking the side of the S340 E, I would put the cable puck on the side, but that's just me.

What are your GPU clocks? Did you win the silicone lottery and can get over 2.1Ghz stable? Or did you lose like me, where I was able to get it up to 2.15Ghz for a week and then messed up my BIOS, now can only overclock to 2.08Ghz stable?

Haha, thanks for the camera! I actually had to reduce the image quality because this site doesn't allow uploading files larger than 10MB

Hey, would you recommend led fans or led strips and which of the two look prettier in person?

So quick question for the Corsair H100i CPU Cooler, did you replace the fans with 2 of the LED Thermaltake Riing 120mm fans?

Yep. I don't want to try sanding away that paint though. The resulting mess would bother me even more.

If this pc was facing toward you when you were gaming would it blind/disturb you from playing? I might build the same kinda design as you and I wanted to know how bright it is in the dark.

My monitor is much brighter in the dark so it's not a problem. The only light sources are from the Corsair logo on the cooler, the GeForce logo from the GPU, and the rings on the fans, all of which are very subdued.

Edit: I would be distracted by it facing me only because it looks so clean haha
