Description

I built this as a home workstation / gaming PC and it turned out nicely. Initial budget was a hard AUD$2000 and I could fit everything in about $1900 then I bought the Corsair LL120 fans and Node Pro (man are they pretty) and the H100i AIO cooler.

The video card has some bad reviews but I had no issues with mine so far, I undervolted / overclocked and works beautifully. I can to 1600+ Mhz core clock at 1100mV with a power limit of +50 which is not too shabby, it gets a nice bump in performance. I guess I'm just lucky.

I'm still using a 1080p monitor which I will upgrade in a couple months to a Freesync 1440p and probably 100Hz+ refresh rates just to take advantage of this AMD setup.

Hope you see this. How is your Gigabyte GPU performing?

Yeah same I'm curious if Gigabyte solved the crashing issue because right now Newegg is offering them for $279.99 USD but heard plenty of bad reviews on the card.

Apologies I just saw your message. The GPU is not crashing under normal conditions. I'm slightly undervolting and not pushing the power limit too high. VRM temps are whack though, 105 degrees Celsius, I might do something about it.

Nice build dude!

Nice choice of keyboard as well. Anne Pro?

Cheers dude, yup it's an Anne Pro 1 with Gateron reds. Works great on USB, not so great on Bluetooth, the 2.4Ghz spectrum is a mess around here, the noise floor is really high.
