Description

This is my first rig I build from scratch (I had prebuilts that I modified and upgraded in the past). This rig was built for an all purpose use machine. In detail the main purpose is to code, game, to do school assignments, procrastination web browsing, 3D CAD modeling and other things so I went with 32GB RAM set to do all my task with no problem and yes this rig is a bit overkill hey I like me some hardware ;). I themed it out to one of my favorite tv shows, Mr. Robot. Still customizing it, might get an AIO and a nicer, more futuristic looking case (with no compromising of airflow) in the near future, and I am still working on the cosmetic side of my machine.

Very nice build btw how is that cpu cooler i might consider buying it , but it looks huge is it loud?

The cooler is big, it reminds me of an engine block haha but it is very quiet (even under load) and gets the job done. It is more silent than most air coolers. I own the Meshify C case which is very good for air flow but not great with noise, and even with this case, I still can't hear it. It was made to be quiet! - No pun intended. One thing to keep in mind is the height of the cooler which is 163mm high. Make sure the case you buy or own has that much of a clearance for this very nice engine block.

Hi! Awesome computer. I just wanted to say thanks for posting on here. I'm building the same CPU, motherboard, and type of RAM (16GBs not 32 but RGB) and was nervous as to whether or not it would fit because of the size of the cooler. Thanks to you I now know for sure it will.

Thank you!

The way those LED light up your cooler is awesome! Can you please tell me what LED strip you are using?

Does the ram touch the Dark Rock Pro 4?

I have the two ram sticks installed on DIMM-A2 & B2 (2nd closest slot to the cpu and the last slot) and it doesn't touch. You should be okay with all 4 rams sticks installed with this cooler as well.

Can't agree with you more, I watched all 3 seasons and yeah it just gets more intense, insane and better overall, keep watching it!
