I know...

Isn't it beautiful tho..

Wipes tear

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 8 points 3 months ago

Worth the money, when my wife uses my desktop she loves how she can change it to teal or any other color she's feeling that day!

timbermaniac123 2 Builds 12 points 3 months ago

There is a wise saying "happy wife, happy life" but in this case,we know it's an excuse to justify the purchase

zachirl 1 Build 3 points 3 months ago

More than my build :)

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 7 points 3 months ago

MOre then my previous computer! Never ever spent this much before!

3oaouas0ou 1 point 3 months ago

That's when you know you're doing it right. :)

Tuskeyemer 1 Build 1 point 3 months ago

exactly

3oaouas0ou 16 points 3 months ago

You really have to respect a man that goes THIS. ALL IN.

"OH YOU WANT ME TO BUILD A COMPUTER!? I'LL BUILD A FUCKI N COMPUTER!"

*Throws down coat, rolls up sleeves.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 8 points 3 months ago

I don’t have time right now but was gonna set the lights to a Murcia theme!

billybrahms 4 points 2 months ago

He was like "hold my beer" LOL

powerwiz 2 points 1 month ago

nah what he needs to do is add speakers in the case with 2 4k monitors instead of tempered glass panels and speakers inside and it needs to blast the Russian national anthem

thats all he needs

drferrell 2 Builds 13 points 3 months ago

You spent more on fans than a majority of people on this site spent on their builds. That alone is an accomplishment.

and a damn good looking accomplishment it is.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 16 points 3 months ago

And my wife never has to know :)

3oaouas0ou 3 points 3 months ago

I salute you sir.

FivePercent 3 points 3 months ago

Hello, aznsniper911's wife? I think there's a website you need to see.

drferrell 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

What did you tell her? "I only spent $1,000." Or that you got a this system for cheap?

FireFox500 3 points 3 months ago

I am planning something similar for myself in the future. Was wondering how you added double rads up top when the default is a single 420. Did you just buy the quad 120 mounts from Corsair and slide them on the rail? I would think it would be this easy but you never know. Also, how did you run the tubing into 4 rads, did you run from block to rad to rad and over again? Always curious about how a quad rad loop would work. Last questions I promise :) What do you use all the drives for? I do video editing myself and was wondering how you have all of your disks set up, and is the 905P really as lightning fast as they say?

Also: Awesome build, clean and badass, overkill is underrated :)

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 4 points 3 months ago

Yup, the only reason I didn't do it the first time was because I was having a brain fart moment and didn't realize it fit ontop also! Worth the money for the tray though!

So here's the order of my setup: Res -> Pump -> GPU Block -> 480MM GTS OnTop -> Second 480mm GTS OnTop -> CPU Block -> 480mm GTR Rad -> 480MM GTR Rad -> Res

The hardest part is the thickness and width of rads, gotta be careful!

I do a lot of image rendering/editing and some video work. The 905p is really great os, low QD work and any other random 4K work! I been using the 960 PRO as my OS drive and I can definitely feel the difference with the 905p! I use the 960 Pro as a scratch disk and the 2TB 850 Pro as temp storage before going to the NAS, and the 1TB is for my video games!

No worries, always want to share my experience with others.

hahaha

FireFox500 1 point 3 months ago

Thank you for the reply! That's very similar to the drive setup I was looking into. Thanks for all the information, definitely gonna bookmark all of this and use it when I get around to doing my own build, thanks again!

TyrinHolmes 1 Build 1 point 3 months ago

Wait what? looks like i gotta go replace my 120 4x tray for the 120 8x. lmao

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 3 points 3 months ago

DOOOOOOOO it!

FurryJackman 3 Builds 3 points 3 months ago

Paul's Hardware should see this. Proper competition for Riptide!

timbermaniac123 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

Next, the first build as a single dad ! Just kidding, as an awesome dad.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

hahah that might be a couple years down the road!

rockfordt1 1 Build 2 points 3 months ago

my bro is doing a build in the same case ill send a pic to you when its done

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

That would be great! Would love to see what others are doing in this case!

rockfordt1 1 Build 0 points 3 months ago

Hes doing a 9900k, 2 2080 RTXS the whole works hes doing all his custom watercooling loop this week ill keep you posted. i want to use that casae on my next build too for a 9900k. th cooling abillity is unmatched for that case. I just built my current build it will posted as soon as a moderator approves the build pls look an tell me your thoughts.

rockfordt1 1 Build 0 points 3 months ago

also i want to know what water cooling system your using that one piece looks like a tvirus container from resident evil thxs. it gave me an idea for my next theme

mitchthomas 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

Wow this thing is a beast! How much does it weigh? Some more picks without the RGB would be nice also like the cable management and cant see the loop clearly. Other than that i bet you never have to run the fans above 10%

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 4 points 3 months ago

I want to say close to 1000 pounds! Hahaha I’ll see what I can do a little today for you guys! On the contrary, always 100%!

powerwiz 1 point 1 month ago

no joke with that many fans it could substitute for a jet engine and nobody would notice

itstan 2 points 3 months ago

can this run minecraft?

Astrocosmic1 1 point 3 months ago

Only if he turns the fans up to 100%.. even then maybe only 40 frames on 720p

CHIng_Chong123765 1 point 3 months ago

Next thing…a watercooled power supply

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

haha actually FSP makes a 1200W watercooled PSU called FSP Hydro PTM+!

CHIng_Chong123765 1 point 3 months ago

Haha really

ericcarpo 1 point 3 months ago

You're a ******* beast lmao

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Not gonna have a PC for the next 5 years !

timbermaniac123 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

For some of us. Those fans price alone can be used in the next build in the next 5 years.

But what can i say, rgb is love, rgb is life.

GoldGuyGames 1 Build 2 points 3 months ago

... just upgrade your gpu in 5 years...

AidanRiches 1 Build 1 point 3 months ago

so what job do you have?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

I do a lot of random freelance work now.

beardedmisfit 4 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

is that because you're broke after this build? haha

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 3 points 3 months ago

Hahaha! Wish it was that simple, my grandmother got really sick and I was the only one to really take care of her so had to switch careers.

CT_Venom 1 point 3 months ago

wow

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 3 points 3 months ago

My wallet just wanted to die after this

LeMMingSlayeR 22 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

The case and power supply cost more than my CPU and graphics card.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Luckily the case was a gift from my wife!

beardedmisfit 4 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

WOW. Your fans cost more than my builds. Your 2x of your RAM purchases could do a build. But all in all just WOW. Badass looking build. I've seen Pauls' Hardware do his build with this case and I've been wanting to. Once I hit the lottery maybe haha Sweet build. Why just a 1080ti though? That's my only question +1

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

This rig was actually built this summer, so it didn’t even come out yet. I wanted to switch to the RTC 2080 Ti but need a waterblock I like!

ThriftStoreRaider 9 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

This is basically a windtunnel.

Zirf 1 point 3 months ago

Bro that is amazing. I just have two questions: Could you please tell us what the temperatures are on your cpu. Also, when are you going to upgrade the gpu?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Depends on load. My ambient is about 13c, idle around 18-20c, gaming is about 40-50c, rendering can be up to 80-90c

DerplePurp 1 point 3 months ago

All i wanna say is damn

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

My thoughts exactly! Then I said SOB when I tried to make the cable management nice for the LL led cables lol!

DerplePurp 1 point 3 months ago

Haha it looks amazing though... the cable management was worth it

boiyuiop 1 point 3 months ago

my eyes popped out of my head when I saw all this RGB.

and price.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Wife loves the RGB, want to say best money spent for that!

hehredt03 1 point 3 months ago

I remember the original. Love this!!!!

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

Hahaha! This would have been the original had I not have a brain fart and realize I could put two Rada on top!

hehredt03 1 point 3 months ago

Any reason you don't go for a more audiophile set of cans?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Those are just my gaming headset, I didn’t notice I haven’t added my speakers into also. I own a couple of nicer cans but haven’t use them as much easily

Logan_Dah_Best 1 point 3 months ago

Buys $10,000 PC

Buys $30 mouse

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

Shhhhhh I like my mouse!

TheStuartLittle 1 point 3 months ago

Literally I can only imagine this is basically a display piece at this point, because if you actually turn this thing on, it will fly away on it's own accord, not only did you create a really expensive computer...you created a drone.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Just like it’s creator, me, it’s too heavy to fly!

mightyfist 1 point 3 months ago

I didn't want to like this. But damn dude, it's pretty. Is it possible to give us a shot of the pc in "normal" lighting/daylight conditions?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Will do when I can get back today!

powerwiz 1 point 1 month ago

probably a substitute for sunlight at night tho

CooproxXo1 3 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

This build is absolutely amazing

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

danks danks!!

Crazycatman 4 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

I have "One" request.

PLEASE BUY A DECIBEL READER AND TURN YOUR FANS TO 100%

Thank you! You are a lucky man to have all this money :)

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

So I’m the opposite of most people, I went from having 60db fans to these LL120 which to me are super quiet

emoninjah 1 point 3 months ago

good lord

ThatOneBudgetGuy 1 Build 1 point 3 months ago

an alternate name for this would be: "don't tell the wife". Honestly, this computer costs more than most people spend on their first car lol.

clone_the_quack 1 point 3 months ago

I remember seeing the first version of this and I was in love and now I'm looking for parts to build a pc and see this. You're my savior.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

Haha thanks! Let me know if you ever have questions!

dustinrice99 1 point 3 months ago

so like how many pounds of blow do you sell on the daily just the fans are more then my pc

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 3 months ago

I just go hungry for days!

Baarini 1 point 2 months ago

Your top fans intake or exhaust ?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

Tops fans are all exhaust

Jeremyt95 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

How is the Corsair1000d to build in?

And you definitely need to make a 30 sec video of the case going through some lighting effects.

Awesome computer

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

haha! I just actually went through and put a 2080 ti + waterblock so I'm super tired of taking it down and rebuilding lol!

Its pretty easy but I have definitely found some small things other case mfr are better at

armaspartan 1 point 2 months ago

that cooler looks like the virus in Resident Evil, neat build!

noahfuturePC 1 Build 1 point 2 months ago

The fans itself cost more than some people's builds.... incredible.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

:( I Know poor wallet

starlord808 1 point 2 months ago

Do you know if you are able to fit two EK D5 pumps next to each other with the provided cut outs?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

Depends on the bracket you use but totally possible!

spoirier 1 point 1 month ago

Hello Sir, I just ordered the same case and will put in water cooling for my video cards... later this year when my wallet recovers :). I did have a question about the fans though, I was looking at the Noctua ones as they are renowned for being a silent as possible. How much noise do these give off with all of them running?

Great build, btw!

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

The problem with fans is how subjective they are in terms of "loudness". I'm use to some beastly fans when I was younger so these are super silent to me! If you want performance and silence, I find the EK Vardar to be a good series also!

i-love-gators-123 1 point 1 month ago

Congrats On Not Being Single Hope Your Relationships Doing well

dareminion 1 point 1 month ago

Oh boy.... Another Corsair Fanboy like me. But you know, that cpu costed more than my enitre current system together. Im sad now, if only my corsair case would support more than 60 LL RGB fans. Then i could blow 2000 on the fans alone.

Gibbytronix 1 point 1 month ago

I want th d, 100D!

StangRyder89 1 point 1 month ago

Like a lot of people have already said. Damn nice job sir. I have one question that I can't figure out in doing my research. I'm going to build in this case myself. 2 x 480 rads in front and 2 x 360 up top. totaling 30 fans between the rads and rear fans. What method did you use to get them all to sync up. I've been building pc's for a long time just haven't messed around with the rgb stuff yet. Everything I've read seems to be that nothing supports enough fans for them all to work together. I'm obviously missing something though.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

The Corsair Icue software allows you to sync all solid colors and some "patterns" for all the fans.

StangRyder89 1 point 1 month ago

I should rephrase. LOL. How did you connect them all? Did you just use the lighting node pros that comes with the fans or did you use multiple commander pros?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 1 month ago

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! Sorry! I'm using Two Commander Pros and two node pro. So Commander Pro 1 connects to motherboard via onboard USB then Node Pro 1 connects to Commander Pro 1 via USB then Commander Pro 2 connects to Commander Pro 1 via USB and Node Pro 2 and Node Pro 3 connects to Commander Pro 2.

StangRyder89 1 point 1 month ago

And then I'm assuming you have a bunch of PWM fan splitters in the mix as well?

Sonofbanned 1 point 1 month ago

Did you have to cut the rads at all to fit on the trays? I want a similar set up but with the GTX series worried about having to take the saw to expensive radiators.

CrustyCarpet 1 point 7 days ago

How did you get the rads to fit width wise? I went with quad Nemesis GTS 480's.

Perki15 -1 points 3 months ago

but can it run ROBLOX

eesti -3 points 3 months ago

0/10 no 9980XE and Quadro RTX 6000 SLI +1 for RGB

BetrayedPredator 1 point 3 months ago

No RTX Titan

The RTX 6000 isn’t worth the cost and the 9980XE is just a 7980XE with a bad solder job

eesti 1 point 3 months ago

a bad solder job is better than a bad paste application, and this is about overkill, not rationale

BetrayedPredator 1 point 3 months ago

You know what’s even better?

Bad paste that you can remove and use liquid metal (which is better than solder) without killing the CPU

The 9980XE has SMDs around the die that get destroyed when delidding with a tool, so it takes much more equipment to delid

eesti 1 point 3 months ago

I prefer having a warranty on my $1699 processor

BetrayedPredator 1 point 3 months ago

Silicon lottery then?

CPUs don’t randomly die, and overclocking already kills it

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 0 points 3 months ago

Didn’t exist when I built this!
