Description

Hi, buddies. This is the last build I made for a client. The guy previously had the CPU and RAM (16 GB kit). He'll be using it to play AAA games and some casual video editing.

CPU: AMD FX 8310

Pretty rare CPU that the client previously had. Performs like an FX 8320. Good for OCing.

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 3

This is the first used product I bought for a build. The client asked me if it was possible to buy it and I said yes, but if it didn't work, he would be the responsible. Very high-quality CPU Cooler, but hard to mount. A lot more silent than the stock cooler.

Motherboard: Asus 970 PRO GAMING/AURA

Sexiest motherboard I've ever worked with. The best of the best for AM3+ and OCing.

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (1 x 8GB) & Kingston HyperX Fury Red 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866

Decent RAM sticks. Do the job.

SSD: Sandisk Ultra II 480GB

Fastest SSD I have ever seen. Holy ****! Windows is a potato for this SSD.

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 380 4GB NITRO Dual-X OC

Great GPU for the price. I'd have bought it if it had arrived within the same date as my 2 GB GTX 960. ಥ_ಥ He can play nearly every game at 1080p on ultra.

Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31

Great, solid and good looking mid tower case. Spacious. A lot of frontal bays. Great for CM.

PSU: EVGA 650W GS

Very very high quality PSU. Silent, powerful and efficient. I'd love to have this in my main rig instead of my Thermaltake TR 2 600W lol.

Case Fan: be quiet! SilentWings 2 50.5 CFM 120mm
Solid and silent Case Fan. Cools the rig more than enough

Part Reviews

CPU

Decent octa core CPU for gaming and videoediting. A bit rare, tho.

CPU Cooler

High quality CPU Cooler. The reason I gave it 3 stars? It's VERY VERY hard to mount.

Storage

VERY VERY fast SSD. Nothing to complain.

Video Card

Great budget GPU. Solid 1080p performance.

Case

Nice and spacious case.

For Ocing a 990FX would be a much better choice. But i do agree its a very nice board! :)
