Hello Everyone!

Finally got around to sharing my build that's been slowly getting upgraded over time. And so without further a do I introduce to you Expensive Lego's 2.0

Components:

CPU: Ended up upgrading to the 4790k so I can have more room to play with while streaming. Currently have it overclocked to 4.8ghz stable although with summer coming up here soon I may need to downclock it a bit. In my opinion its a great chip and I would recommend this over the 4690k if your looking to stream.

Cooler: Looks nice and performs well is all I can say. Replaced the stock fan with 2 SP120's to maximize airflow being that living in Arizona it gets insanely hot in the summer so this should help a bit. Nothing much to say about it other than its a great CPU Cooler.

Motherboard: Looks nice and gets the job done. Once again nothing much to say about this board other than it is a sweet looking motherboard and it functions quite well.

RAM: Whats the waccomended amount of dedotated wam i'd have to serveeerrrr? In all seriousness best looking ram out on the market and 16GB is enough for me.

SSD: Does the job although i may be getting a Samsung 950 Pro soon just because.

GPU: Nothing much to say once again other than it does the job. Will be upgrading to pascal though once it comes.

Case: It's sexy.

PSU: It works.

Once again I heavily suggest checking out the start of this build if you want more info on why I chose the components I did to begin with. Ended up slowly upgrading with time due to needing more resources while streaming. Being 17 and not having a job I would like to thank CSGO skins for pretty much paying for my entire setup and a certain reddit sub for giving me great deals on most of my components. Overall I love my build and setup but if there is one thing I will be adding soon is getting a NZXT Hue +.

Nasty minded haha nah I had just finished cleaning my tower off from all the dust buildup. Its a micro fiber I keep on hand so wipe the screen off of dust and buildup.

"Originally I got this power supply after finding a deal on it for $79.99 refurbished. Corsair refurb's have been very good to me in the past (My Keyboard is a Corsair Refurb) so I decided why not. The first one I got was DOA so I had to send it back. I spoke to a few Newegg support guy and they paid for the return shipping and I didn't have to pay a restocking fee. All you have to do is ask people, I constantly hear about Newegg RMA's being hell but in my case it all went smooth. I sent it back on Monday (4/27/15) and by Saturday (5/3/15) I had a replacement in my hands. Anywho, the power supply is great it gives me room to overclock and potentially SLI if needed." I have a side by side monitor setup with my main right in front of me and the secondary off to the side and I have to turn so much to see the outside edge of that screen. I might look into getting a vertical setup because it does look interesting.

Unless you are thinking SATA 3, not sure the 950 Pro is a good Idea as its M.2, and I don't think Haswell-Refresh mobos and earlier support M.2, only Haswell-Extreme and Skylake atm.

If so, you would not get the 950 Pro's top speeds.

I also feel your pain with the CPU temps because I live in FL, and will need to Mod it a bit myself

Just kidding, your PC and desk is awesome too. Would prefer a side-by-side monitor setup instead of stacked.
