What you are seeing is my brand new gaming/workstation. Let's talk about parts. I went with an EVGA/Corsair build. I had to make sure all my parts matched by brand and color! The main part I based my pc off of was the case. Corsair by far have the sexiest looking cases. I went with the 760T case for two reasons. One is to show off my build and two because I wanted it to match my theme. Why did I go with 1070 sli vs single 1080. Short answer is because America. All seriousness, because I wanted to game 60fps 4k ultra settings. BF4 on 4k maxed settings 80-90fps. GTA V on 4k maxed settings 65-70fps. Minecraft on 4k maxed settings 3000-5000fps.
Lets talk about the motherboard. First off, the IO cover gets in the gpu way and I cant install it because of that. So no IO cover on (did not realize this after I tried installing gpu) Good job EVGA for letting me know this before I purchased it directly from the manufacture. Second, I paid $240 for the motherboard and a week later the price drop down to $220 so, I called EVGA customer service to try getting a price match (Best Buy does this awesome thing where any local or competitive store offers a lower price on the same item they price match it) EVGA wouldn't drop the price down. After spending over $1000 on there products you would think they do the price match. Instead they offered me 20 EVGA bucks. Its store credit where on my next purchase it takes $20 off the price. Well guess what EVGA I am not buying your products again.
Anyways, I am very happy with the build all parts are working great did not take that long to install. Let me know what you think about the pc. Love to hear some inputs.
