My now completed 2019 build. Overkill for what I use it for, but it has been 7 years since my last build and I wanted to pull out all the stops. Clean and straight liquid cooling lines were important to me in this build; and this was actually the first time I have done hard tubing, (so yes, I went through a lot of wasted tubes to get it right). Sleeved my own power supply cables... will never do that again - It's very tedious.
Build-wise everything went together pretty smoothly. However, 4 hours were spent trying to get bios to play nice - pain in the butt. Once the bios was sorted the OS install and overclock went surprisingly quickly. Got lucky with the silicone lottery as the CPU over clocks to 4.375GHz @ 1.4v.
Quick Specs: - Single cooling loop with dual 360 Radiators (both exhausting out of case) - 3900x overclocked 4.3GHz @ 1.35v - Infinity fabric overclocked to 1866Mhz to maintain 1:1 ratio with 3733MHz Ram - Ram timings tightened to 16, 16, 16, 36 @ 3733MHz (Dual Channel) - 2080 TI overclocked 1810MHz (130% Power Target and 175Mhz overclock).
