Reviews

Great for overclocking and gaming

from completed build Haswell Build

Runs hot, can barely manage turbo.

from completed build The Phantom

Although I got this right before the 4790K this will keep me going for years to go, especially with the next gen. improvements like DirectX 12 & Vulcun that distribute the work load more evenly.

from completed build Desert Thunder

Excellent processor and I got it at a great price. It’s unlocked, has hyper-threading, and even at stock speeds, is faster than Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge.

from completed build The Screamer Mk-1

While I was planning this build out, I was debating between the 4670K and the 4770K. I ultimately chose the 4770K because of it having hyper-threading, and I have several applications that can take full advantage of it. It's a fast, efficient processor like I would expect from Intel.

from completed build WhiteyyFlex

what more can i say its perfect!!

from completed build Xenosphere

Works Great, Overclocks just fine, Easy to cool, overall no issues after a 1.5 year of ownership.

from completed build Minimum

The heat generated from this CPU is more than 3770k. But it performs well enough.

from completed build Umbra

I spent a long time picking my CPU, when I finally decided on the 4770K it was because of its solid performance, low power draw and great comparisons to some more expensive chips. I must say I don't regret going with it, it has handled everything I have given it without a problem and under normal situations runs nice and cool.

from completed build Perfect Storm

Works for what its for. Overclocks well.
