In this video, Blake walks you through the process of creating custom sleeved cable extensions for your build. Stay tuned for followup videos showing how to do full length sleeved cables.

We actually got introduced in February of this year when we started the Vulture mod contest but met in person for the first time at Quakecon.

That's awesome, I really love this site. Also we will be posting 3 more which will be the machines from our lineup coming out next month! Keep an eye out for Aion-MARS as we will be giving one away to start our launch.

Do you not need heat shrink or is that only for other types of sleeving

piemancoder 1 point 18 months ago

There are types of sleeving with heat shrink and types without. My personal preference is without heat shrink because imo, it looks a lot cleaner.

Jkershaw2000 1 point 18 months ago

Is does look a lot better because you don't get that small lip of black at the end of the cable. Thanks for the reply.

I actually have 2 Raspberry Pi's, one of my favorite hobbies is spending countless hours trying to do different projects!

What would be the expected budget of doing a basic sleeving job for a standard build? (this one if it makes a difference http://pcpartpicker.com/p/v7KQHx )

Pins, paracord, wire, etc. I have some basic tools but can calculate the other tools I need fairly easily.

Where did you guys get the wire? All the 18awg I have found has really thick insulation.

We unfortunately won't be following up with parts 2 or 3.

That is unfortunate. Any reason?

I really enjoyed the first video.
